I strive to provide the best experienced and personalized care for all my clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of my clientele, I have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $50. If you fail to inform me of the need to cancel before your scheduled service, and no not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service dollar price.
2.Rescheduling: Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you inform me at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Fee will be applicable for appointments rescheduled within this timeframe.
Please understand that these policies are in place to help me manage my schedule effectively and provide an opportunity for other clients who may be on my waiting list.
