Assistant Program
Every single artist inside Salon lace. goes through our extensive Assistant Training Program. The owner of salon lace., Lacey Gebo created our assistant program and has coached hundreds of stylists across the US how to mentor assistants. I am honored to be a Lead Educator inside salon lace. and work side-by-side with an Assistant. The program typically lasts 9 months and allows you to immediately serve your own guests and work hands on with your educator. This is among many of the things that sets our program apart from others. I strive to provide an environment focused on growth, learning, and support! It is my commitment that every single assistant graduates from training with the skill set and confidence to succeed inside this industry!

I am Samantha’s assistant, Madelaine! I am a passionate hairstylist that loves creating beautiful and unique looks. I graduated from TTC’s cosmetology program in 2022, and am excited for my career in this industry. Beyond hairstyling, I love to antique shop, binge watch TV shows with my best friends, and hangout with my cat, Abigail.
I strive to bring out the best in each clients hair, and believe that hairstyling is not just a job, but a form of art. I am excited to begin my journey in hair, and am thankful to have Sam guide me throughout the way!!
